This is an important day for all of us. It helps determine who we really are and what we are willing to fight for. Perhaps there are those who do not understand the fight, nor choose to be in it. It is true that there are times when we should walk away from a fight, but is this one of those times? There is always the risk of changing the desired outcome by not being involved.
The comfort zone we create for ourselves diminishes inch by inch as the world grows larger in dominion and demand. If we wish to protect our comfort zones we need to see beyond the boundaries we have created. It is beyond those boundaries that determine the stability of the foundation we have set up for ourselves.
Many great leaders chose to stay and build a worldwide foundation, leaving us inspirational messages of hope and renewal. They could see beyond their own personal boundaries by choosing to walk with future generations. So if we choose to walk away from a fight then let us choose to walk away with the rest of mankind.

It is with heavy heart that I respond. I was shocked beyond belief at the results of the election. I just couldn’t believe that this man could influence so many people to his cause when it seemed so apparent to me that his goal was to make the USA a second rate nation and to culminate the creeping socialist agenda. And since the election he keeps sending signals that he wants to became a king(dictator) I’ve admitted before and I admit again that I was derelict in not vocalizing my concerns to my family and friends during the election process.
I hurt for my father-in-law who after serving a 2 year mission for his Church fought through the Philippines witnessing “walking sticks” coming out of those concentration camps and fighting over the route of the “death march” and being sent home wounded from the island of Luzon. Yet when my wife and I had Japenese students stay with us a couple years he was able to come to grips with his emotions and was able to put his arm around them and welcome them into his home. Now he feels a sense of betrayal by his government.
And I, who can barely remember the announcement of “Day of Infamy” do remember my mother running up through the hayfield waving her apron and shouting “Japan has surrendered!!!” Have had the privilege of seeing the USA reach her zenith and now I fear must watch her be torn down.
All the communist leaders vocalized that we would fall from within. They may have missed the time but it seems they were prophetic.
Towards this end last night I heard a webinar put out by an economic research firm expound that not only are other countries attacking our monetary system but our own government is. They claimed that our government realizes that we can’t pay off our debt without raising our taxes by a huge amount which would be political death for them so they have chosen a course of devaluing the dollar so we can “pay” our debts off with worthless money. This means that the dollar will no longer be the worlds reserve currency which would open the way for a global currency and therefore a one world government. The current events seem to support this.
I sincerely hope someone has a solution that they would care to share with me.
